How do I pair my iPhone with my Apple TV?

Open familyTV on the Apple TV and go to Settings > Pair device. A QR code and a one-time code appear. Open the familyTV remote on your iPhone, scan the code (or type it) and both devices connect over your local network. Both must be on the same Wi-Fi network. Pairing is optional: the TV app also works without the phone.

How do I restore Premium?

Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that bought Premium, open the app, go to Settings > Plan and choose Restore purchases. With Family Sharing, the purchase is shared with your family members.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions > familyTV > Cancel. On Apple TV: Settings > Users and Accounts > your account > Subscriptions. You keep Premium until the end of the paid period.

What happens when Premium ends?

Nothing is deleted. Your photos, favourites, categories and people stay as they are. You just cannot add more than the Free plan allows (see Plans and pricing).

The photos in the app, on this website and in the store screenshots (a toddler on a swing, a birthday selfie, a mountain hike, a forest at dawn and a rose with dewdrops) are AI-generated images. They show no real people, places or events. Generated using AI, in line with the transparency rules of the EU AI Act (Article 50). The files carry an AI-generated marker in their metadata.
