Niels van Golden grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the familyTV apps on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and, for apps from the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies where these terms are silent.
Your content
You keep all rights to your photos and metadata. The app only accesses the storage locations you connect and the optional AI service you configure.
Acceptable use
You will not copy, reverse engineer, resell or misuse the apps, or use them to process content you have no right to use.
Third-party services
Storage and AI services you connect are provided by third parties under their own terms. We are not responsible for them.
No warranty
The apps are provided as is, without warranties. To the extent allowed by law, Niels van Golden is not liable for loss of data or indirect damages. Keep backups of your photos.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms and the apps. Your licence ends if you breach these terms. Delete the app to stop using it.
